FAQ for Buying New & Used Forklifts

Does NEON offer any type of warranty?
The manufacturer warrants that the products we distribute are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is made for a period of one year from the date of the original sale. Some individual components may have a longer warranty period provided by the manufacturer and is indicated on the product pages for those items.

NEON will repair or replace any item sold that proves to be defective in material and workmanship at no charge. Defective items must be returned, freight prepaid to NEON.

Does NEON provide any delivery services?
NEON can deliver any size piece of their equipment anywhere in the world. We have shipped container loads to Australia, Japan and Europe recently and we ship several containers of lifts to South America every week.

What is NEON equipment condition review process?
We provide equipment in safety checked, partially or fully refurbished condition.
